About

My name is Milan Brons, a professional triathlete and dedicated coach with years of experience in the world of endurance sports. Over the course of my career, I’ve achieved significant milestones, competing at the highest levels of triathlon and the highest level of amateur cycling, including Ironman 70.3s, full Ironman races, multiple-day stage races and national championships. I’ve competed against some of the best athletes in the world, and achieved a personal best on the long distance triathlon of 7:48:46. I’ve done over 15 full distances, of which 6 below the 8 hour mark.

These accomplishments didn’t come easy. They’re the result of years of hard work, commitment, and continuous learning. More importantly, the knowledge I’ve gained through these experiences now allows me to guide others more effectively. I know what it takes to overcome challenges, train smartly to avoid injuries, and set goals that are both ambitious and achievable.

What sets my coaching apart is the combination of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the sport. I don’t just approach training from a theoretical standpoint, I’ve done it myself. This means I know exactly how training plans feel in practice, not just how they look on paper. I can help you with practical advice on nutrition, race preparation, mental resilience, and recovery, because I’ve been through it all myself and refined my methods over the years.


As a coach, and being coached myself for years, I understand that no two athletes are the same. My approach is highly personalized, tailored to your goals, fitness level, and unique challenges. Whether you’re preparing for your first triathlon, aiming to complete a half-Ironman, or pushing for a new personal best, my experience as a professional athlete equips me to deliver focused and effective guidance.
